New England IPA made with guava and Peruvian Aji Amarillo chiles. It’s a tropical fruit bomb, spiked with a gentle warming heat that lingers juuust so in the back of your throat. The aroma hits you like a slap in the face with a ripe guava and washes over you like a cool Miami breeze on a white linen suit.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy orange-gold with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy lacing. Aroma of bready pale malt, guava, apricot, grapefruit, orange, earthy yeast and spicy chile pepper. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, guava, apricot, pineapple, orange, grapefruit peel, earthy yeast and spicy chile pepper in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Interesting and well balanced. The chile pepper is subtle and not overbearing. Well done.
