473ml can. Pours a hazy gold-amber with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a small, creamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Mild aroma of bready wheat malt, earthy yeast, faint plum and mild floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat malt, earthy yeast, plum and slightly tart lemon rind in a dry finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Meh, the plum is too subtle.
