Balanced, medium body, cherry flavour and aroma, with spicy notes and fruity esters which are prominent from the Belgian yeast. A malt backbone provides dark fruit, spice and biscuit notes with a dry finish. Using all Styrian Cardinal hops provides notes of strawberry, citrus and anise.

473ml can. Pours a hazy orange-copper with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves soapy lacing. Sweet aroma of Belgian yeast, bready malt, strawberry, black pepper, faint cherry and floral hops. Sweet, spicy flavour of biscuit malt, Belgian yeast, strawberry, orange, nutmeg, black pepper, faint cherry and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter, warming booze finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. The cherry is too subtle, but still pretty solid.
