This brew was made in the Vienna Lager style and chilled out in stainless steel for a little while. And then we moved it into our new lagering foeder. The beer sat on the brand new white oak for a month, until the crispness properly melded with the toasted oak and light vanilla. The final product is a malty, rich, round, crisp, dry lager that makes you dream of the way all beer was once conditioned – on wood

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of toasted bready malt, vanilla, oak and floral hops. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, caramel, honey, vanilla, oak and light spicy hops in a clean, crisp, dry finish. Light body with a smooth, watery texture and average carbonation. Aroma was a bit on the mild side, but it's full of flavour and crushable. A very enjoyable Vienna.
