Made with Belgian pilsen malt, this strong yet deceptively drinkable Belgian style ale has expressive fruity yeast and hop character. Brewed using locally sourced Sweet Pure Honey, uniquely complimenting a crisp honey finish.

650ml bottle. Pours a clear amber-gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Sweet aroma of grainy caramel malt, honey and pear. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, honey, Belgian yeast and pear in a sweet, warming booze finish. Medium to full body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. A bit on the sweet side, but not bad.

On tap at Travois Ale Works, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is very estery, with candi sugar, Belgian yeast, and cotton candy. Flavour is chaotic, with lots of estery notes, bubblegum, alcohol, and sugars. A total mess. It's not horrific, but they need to figure out how to use the yeast better.
