New Zealand Pilsner. When we brought this beauty to the party back in April, it really struck a chord. More tropical-tasting because of the NZ hops and a bit less bitter, it’s still chill like a Pils, but far less traditional. Choose this fresh take if you’re in the mood for a nose full of gooseberry and a softer finish than the typical German style.

This stone-cold fox is ready for the dance floor or couch, and pairs great with a kebab. Right now, it’s definitely the freshest brew in the taproom. Our whole wide taproom. So, seal the deal with a four-pack, or try it in a flight.

Malt: Origin Malting Pilsner, Alberta 2 Row⁣
Yeast: US-05 fermented cold⁣
Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Huell Melon⁣
In the top three: Definitely

473 ml can. Pours a clear straw-gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet fruity aroma of cracker malt, guava, melon, berry, lemon rind, grass, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of cracker malt, lemon rind, gooseberry, pineapple, guava, grass and floral in a crisp, dry, mild bitter, spicy hop finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Not a fan of Pilsners but this is something I would drink again. Clean, refreshing, easy to drink and flavourful.
