Lisa and Jasmine came up with this beer - an enjoyably confusing dark fruited lager - to challenge them as brewers by using unique techniques and ingredients such as cold-steeping the malt and using a new rapid-fermenting yeast. Enlisting a crew of beer-loving women together they created something that pushes you to challenge your palate and look to the non-traditional.
