Made with a kettle soured beer wort composed of Pale 2 Row malt and generous amounts of unmalted wheat and oats. After the wort is soured it is fermented and aged. When the beer is transferred to the brite tank we add a healthy dose of real pineapple before packaging this tart, juicy, tropical beer for your enjoyment.

On tap at Medicine Hat Brewing, pours a cloudy yellow, no head. Nose is loaded with fresh pineapple, along with a touch of lacto. Flavour is sweet and sour, with lots of pineapple pur�e and a moderate lacto base. Not a complex beer. Just a fun, cheap, sweet and sour pineapple fruit beer.

473ml can. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a small, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sweet aroma of grainy wheat and fresh pineapple. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat, fresh pineapple and oats in a dry, tart lacto finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink. A great summer patio beer.
