Rich, Malty, Toasty. A rich beer driven by malt with a balance of clean, hop bitterness. Our award-winning Marzen’s amber colour with copper highlights is a full-bodied, rich and toasty beer with an enticing aroma.

Originating in Germany, the Marzen was traditionally brewed in March and stored in caves to allow for beer in the summer months when brewing was difficult. Typically served during Oktoberfest, we wanted to enjoy it year-round.

473ml can. Pours a clear amber-copper with a thin, fizzy, short lived, off-white head that fully dissipates. Mild, sweet aroma of toasted bready malt and caramel. Sweet flavour of toasted grainy malt and caramel in a dry, metallic finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and average carbonation. Quenched my thirst after cutting the grass, other than that, just meh.
