Forget trying to make an approachable IPA. We brew Reaper’s Choice for Alberta’s hop fiends. Unapologetically West Coast. High ABV. High IBU. Dank and piney. The Reaper comes ripping.

473ml can. Pours a hazy gold-amber with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves thick patches of lace. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, orange peel, pineapple, apricot, pine and weedy hops. Sweet flavour of biscuit malt, caramel, orange peel, grapefruit, pineapple, apricot and pine resin in a dry, bitter, herbal hop finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and average carbonation. A pretty solid offering, but I doubt this would be the Angel of Death's first choice after a tough day at the office.

On tap at New Level, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense dank hops, lots of bitter pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is robust, with fresh dank hops, pine, and biscuity malt. The dankness couldn't be better here - forceful and yet tasteful. Excellent.
