A big hoppy bouquet of Cascade hops on the nose. The Marris Otter and 2 Row give the beer a strong malt foundation to carry the heavy dry hop. This Pale Ale is on the dryer side, so that the hops can command more of your attention.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy rusty-amber colour with a medium, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves plenty of lace. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, grapefruit and piney hops. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt, grapefruit, pine resin and floral hops in a dry, bitter grass finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Really hoppy with huge bitterness. More of an IPA.
