On tap at Uncommon, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out a very nice floral dry hop character, dry apple skins, and some acidity. Flavour is similar, with a very floral dry hop character upfront, balanced by dry apple skins and a touch of acidity. Really nice use of the hops.

500ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of apple skin, grapefruit, lychee, passion fruit and earthy yeast. Sweet fruity flavour of apple, grapefruit, lychee, mango, papaya, pine and musty yeast in a dry, sour, bitter hop finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Tasty and well made. The dry-hopping balances out the sweetness.
