We grow our very own Alberta barley. Then we harvest and malt that Alberta barley. Then we brew those barley malts with Warrior, Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado hops to craft the finest IPA across the flatlands: True Prairie IPA. Look for citrus and tropical combined with earthy and dank west coast notes. A sturdy malt backbone balances it all out. Yum

473ml can. (Used to be called Full Sleeve IPA) Pours a slightly hazy rust colour with a medium, foamy, long lasting, ecru head that leaves plenty of lace. Sweet aroma of bready caramel malt, orange peel, muddled tropical fruit and piney hops. Sweet flavour of grainy caramel malt, orange, lemon, grapefruit, melon and pine resin in a dry, bitter, leafy green hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Nice, easy drinking and has some dankness to it.
