French and Canadian pilsen malt alongside Vienna malt give this approachable beer a complex malt flavour. This proved to be a challenging beer to make as we refuse to use artificial extracts for flavour. Adding real blueberry, blackberry and saskatoon berry puree created a very pleasant and slightly sweet berry flavour with a distinguishing pink hue. The aroma of oranges and strawberry come from the dry hopping addition of Belma hops.

330 ml bottle. Pours a clear, amber with a pink hue and a medium, short lived, white head that laces. Sweet berry aroma with some grass. Sweet berry flavour with grain and a hint of tartness in the finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. A refreshing summer beer.
