Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6

650 ml bottle. Pours an opaque, dark brown almost black colour with a small light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt and dark chocolate. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate and alcohol with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with a thin texture and soft carbonation.

Bottle from Firefly, Vancouver
Black color; medium sized creamy head, not persistent. Some aroma of roasted malt and cardboard, and light roasted nuts. High carbonation, therefore the mouthfeel is quite smooth; good flavor of roasted malts, quite good chocolate too, with just a hint of vanilla oak.
Not overly complex, but very good.

Black,small tan head.Roasty brown sugar nose.Woody medium roast profile, vanilla overtones. Nice bitter dry roast finish
