This Dry Hopped Sour is soured with sour mash and hopped with Idaho 7, Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops to bring out the tropical aromas.
The sweet, floral aroma reminiscent of mellow passionfruit and stone fruit harmonizes with a refreshing citrus-like acidity, and the light body and dry finish make for a very refreshing drink.

hazy golden color. Thin white head. Very tart, fruity nose with tons of over ripe mangos and stone fruit. Fucking fantastic nose. Tart mouth, light body, tons of tropical fruit. Light and lovely. Excellent

Tap at Bungalow. Glowing, hazy bright electric yellow. Bit tropical fruit nose, guava, passion fruit, mango, orange. Richly fruity and nicely tart. Not wimpy like most Japanese sours, although not stingingly acidic either. Nailed it.
