Poured from 473mL can (no date stamp). Slightly hazy deep gold with small white head. Caramel and light bready malt, pine hops, resin, and slight fungal character. A little bit harsh, but has potential.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Clean golden colour, with medium head. The aroma is mildly piney. Lean, not too sticky, with some caramel flavour, maybe a touch of Crystal, followed by a bold hopping, very bitter (not too much), with resinous and piney character. It's bold but balanced.
Quite old school, but properly made.

Nice medium copper body and modest foam. Hoppy caramel on the nose, and that's about it. Taste is chewy caramel, soft hop notes, ending smooth. Full and tasty though a little simple.

On tap at Another Beer Co, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma has a rather earthy, subdued hop character, a touch of pine, and crisp bready malt. Flavour is fairly piney and oily, with a fungal, earthy hop character, some oily resins, and bready malt. Oily mouthfeel, somewhat herbal and vegetal. Not a huge fan of the hop expression. Good attempt, but it needs some work.
