Framrood is our spontaneously fermented beer adhering to the Methode Lambic standard. It was aged for 18-24 months in French oak barrels and then re-fermented with two pounds per gallon of red raspberries for 3 months.

[5/12/17] Draught at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Blue session. Nice red. Juicy berries, barnyard, sour, somewhat acidic, medium-bodied. Great.

0,05l from tap at MBCC blue session shared with / by the crew. redish hazy color, small white head. smells of funk, raspberries, grass, marzipan, bit nutty. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of funk, raspberries, grassy, some wood, citric. finishes rather dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, raspberries and some funk. very nice one very good to drink. 9, 4, 8, 4, 16

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Blue Session. Leicht trübes rötlich goldenes Bier. Geruch ist leicht säuerlich, rote Beeren Honig. Geschmack ist fruchtig säuerlich, Johannisbeeren, gut.

Dark red. Lots of yeast and raspberry. Raspberry flavor, lots of fruit and yeast. Sour,n I t as much as a belgian, but good sour flavor. Raspberry jam finish. Ver good.

Bottle - Brilliant jammy tart raspberry. Clear deep red with a white head. Light acidity, raspberry and leafy notes. Nose is absolutely brilliant but flavour is not as great.
