Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, grainy, some earthy and herbal tones. Flavour is floral, grassy, grainy, earthy and mild bready tones. Not much rye in there, but nicely mellow brew.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear pale amber, small head. Fruity, bready nose with some elderflowers. Dry with slender body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Husky bread, apples, and mild citrus. Lightly peppery finish with slight bitterness. Interesting and refreshing.

ABV: 4.6%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, pale bread, light rye. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, pale bread, rye notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211212]

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, rye, barley, and a bit of fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of rye, straw, fruit, and barley, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours slightly hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and rye malt, with bready and fruity touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with estery and grainy notes and touches of grass. Grainy and hoppy aftertaste with malty touches and acidic hints. Well, I may not be a great fan of this style, but this particular example is rather good. Well-balanced and with good bitterness.
