De Stoute Joncker is een heerlijke hoppig, bittere Stout met een alcoholpercentage van 8%. Voor de geoefende drinker soepel drinkbaar maar voor de verkenner heel toegankelijk door de verschillende zoettonen in het bier. Het donkere bier met de lichtbruine kraag drinkt heerlijk bij wildgerechten en oude kazen.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Burg Bieren, Ermelo. Dutch brewery #496.
Black with a beige head. Hoppy aroma with gentle roasted malts, dark caramel and forest fruits. Sweet taste with a leather note, low bitter finish. Smooth and hoppy stout, almost like a black IPA.

0,33 l bottle from Wijnalda, Haren. Pitch black in the glass, with a nearly two finger frothy dark beige head. You can´t expect more. Coffee and berryfruity on the nose. Taste starts with strong coffee, roasted with milk choco. Increasing dry and berryfruity. Little bit alcoholic. Very nice one.

Fles 33cl thuis. Koffie, romig, licht vanille, roasted malts, bitters, zoettonen, zuurtje, donker fruit, vrij stevig. Goed. (17-10-2021).
