Brewed in collaboration with the good people at Fieldhouse Brewing. A sour ale made from generous amounts of pear purée. With the addition of lactose, brown sugar, a healthy dose of cinnamon and touches of clove, allspice, ginger and orange.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy gold-orange with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet, spicy aroma of grainy pale malt, cinnamon, ginger, clove, allspice, orange and floral hops. Sweet, spicy flavour of grainy pale malt, brown sugar, lactose, pear, cinnamon, orange, ginger, clove and floral hops in a dry, tart finish. Medium body with a sticky, syrupy texture and average carbonation. A great dessert sour that is easy to drink.
