Our celebration sparkling fruit. Apples peaches pears and plums. This sparkling fruit uses 20% cider apple juice from Fraser Valley cider as well as BC fruit to bring to you a late sparkling delete to tears the closing hours of 2021 and holiday cheer is in celebrations to come.

Weak gold body and minimal foam. Smells of soft yeast and weak apple. Taste is boring yeast, weak apple, ends a little thin. quite boring but at least the alcohol is well hidden.
