Keg at the Wolf, Bingohame, 12/02/22. Light black with a good sized khaki cap. Nose is dark malts, light roast, charr, dried fruits. Taste comprises mellow roast, toffee, light spice, chocolate biscuit, brown sugar dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

Keg at the wolf. A clear mahogany brown coloured pour with a sticky light tan head. Aroma is ashy roast, mushroom, oyster, burnt sugars, char. Flavour is composed of dry earthy roast campfire, mineral, black sugars. Mineral. Palate is dry roast, moderate carbonation. Crisp finish.

Tap at The Wolf, Birmingham. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light caramel. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, smoky, light caramel, light floral, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
