Our collaboration with Salt has been resting in a selection of red wine barrels, picking up beautiful depths of flavour. Dark chocolate and coconut aromas invite you in to rich toffee, chewy mashmallow and tart red fruits, before a rousing tannic finish.

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is woody, red wine, roasted, chocolate, toffee, taste is similar, chewy, tonnes of red wine.

Tap at the Siren Tap Yard, 5th February 2022. Pours thick and black. Aroma is caramel, liquorice, barrel, dark chocolate. Taste is chocolate and liquorice, molasses, dark chocolate, barrel, the vinous notes are there from the red wine. Really good one
