Clairement, on change de classe ici par rapport à la Pale Ale. Vous aimez un peu plus de caractère et de puissance, sans faire l’impasse non plus sur la légèreté du fruit ? Cette bière est faite pour vous ! Le malt biscuit, parfois également nommé Mélanoïdine, est un malt qui permet d’intensifier de manière conséquente le goût de malt grillé, de pain ou – roulement de tambour – de biscuit ! La mousse blanche est plutôt fine et abondante. Couleur ambrée ruby.

Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, cracker, biscotto, nocciole tostate, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottle. Slight hazy amber with beige head. Caramel, bready, light dried fruits. Orange. Medium sweet and bitter. Not bad.
