Herb-malziger Beginn, unerwartet trocken, weich. Dunkle Schokoladennoten mit milder aber bestimmter Kirschnote, die weder süß noch sauer daherkommt. Weiche Röstnoten, cremig, das Schokoladenaroma wird intensiver. Weicher, langer malziger Abgang, Bitterschokolade, Kirsche. Gut. 14/11/12/13/11/12

Can at home. Pours black, nose is cherry, chocolate, caramel, nutty, taste is similar, quite bitter for a pastry stout.

44cl can. A clear very dark reddish brown beer with a big tan head. Aroma of cherries, cake, coffee, strong riped fruits. Taste of sweet and dark malt, cherries, chocolate, strong riped fruits in the finish. A really good Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte!!
