Tap @ Ledig Erf, medium sample. Clear golden color, medium frothy off-white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, slight peppery, bit flowery hop. Soft bitterness, spicy, bit dry. Easy going tripel. Decent stuff.

Tap at WVHNB. Clear golden with big white head. Lots of peach, milk, orange, yeasty, red apple. Very fruity for a tripel, with some fresh herbs. Medium sweet with very light bitter finish. Medium bodied with creamy feel. Nice. Thanks to the very drunk brewer :)

(Draught at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht, 26 Feb 2015) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, tropical fruit and pineapple. Malty, fruity taste with tropical fruit, pineapple, spices, coriander, peaches and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Well made and tasty tripel. Nice one.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s mid-week lasting 03/07/14. Hazed golden coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is sweet grains, alcohol, belgian yeast, some solvent. Palate is nice effervescent, tingling carbonation. Flavour is sweet, malts, biscuit and berry / fruity yeast esters. Touch of honey, not terrible.

Bottle shared at chriso’s. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy white head. Sweaty, rotten apples in the nose, yeasty dough. Medium to big sweet flavor with honey, white bread, alcohol, cereal. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sugary, hot finish with some astringency, white bread. Shabby.
