Keg @ The Boot, Wellington. Pours a generally clear golden amber with a fine mist. Woody coarse shades, good oaky side, moderate acetic presence. Tasting fab.

Clear orange pour with a tiny white head; orange/citrus, ripe grapes, apple - like drinking an orchard. Nice, long finish, too. Very good.

Jug at 3F. Pours lightly hazed orange with minimal white head. Low sweetness, ample vinyl, some wood, orange peel, low acidity. Light to medium bodied, almost flat. Fairly dry to finish, more doody notes, vinyl, novel stuff.

2019, 4 year old, single barrel cask at Side Project 10th anniversary, 9/29/23. Good clarity, muted brass-golden. Cheese rinds, grapefruit rinds...all the lactic acidity you might ever want, with some surprising, soft Brett notes rounding out the acidity a bit. Wheat is nutty, rustic, there's plentiful musty cellar quality to it. Soft, wheat slickness, great texture, still and refreshing with heavy, but mellowed, lactic acidity. White grape, apple, clear must and some minor, brighter, softer fruits. Lovely, of course.
