2019, 4 year old, single barrel cask at Side Project 10th anniversary, 9/29/23. Good clarity, muted brass-golden. Cheese rinds, grapefruit rinds...all the lactic acidity you might ever want, with some surprising, soft Brett notes rounding out the acidity a bit. Wheat is nutty, rustic, there's plentiful musty cellar quality to it. Soft, wheat slickness, great texture, still and refreshing with heavy, but mellowed, lactic acidity. White grape, apple, clear must and some minor, brighter, softer fruits. Lovely, of course.

200ml jar pour shared with Ryan and Phill during the discovery tour Appearance: hazy copper with no head. Aroma: a bit funky, malty, a tad sweet. Not very intense. Taste: same. Almost flat. Overall: simple, refreshing, enjoyable.

Cask@Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy reddish orange colour with no head. Aroma is sour fruits, wood, some red currant and mild herbal and acidic tones too. Flavour is red currant, some tart wood, mild forest strawberries and some wooden tones too.

Cask, half pint. @Lambik-O-Doom, Lot (Belgium). 04/09/2022 [#5.338 Global - #178 Belgium - #11 Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen] Pours amber with no head. Aroma: Wood, must and apples. Taste: cheese, wood, candy and apple must. Dry finish. Next one please!
