Glass at In De Verzekering Tegen De Grote Dorst. Aroma is full of sherry. Flat as a pancake and Caramel colour. At first first think wtf is this about, lots of metal and all. But thst perfect Belgian sourness and the taste is actually pretty complex ans interesting. Its hard not to rate it well. With these beers, it's all about the feel and this one delivers. (23/1/22)

Clear gold with no head. Nice light grape funk. Sour up front and a nice light grape dry finish.

Two and a half year-old at the Lambik-O-droom. No head, no bubble, golden to amber pour with a greenish tinge. Aroma is very intense: cider, yeast, Calvados, vynil, rubber, Marmite, funk, honey, lemon drop, candied sugar, Gouda cheese, earth, clay, crispy chicken skins, tea... One of the most complex beers, scent-wise, I've ever had. In the mouth it's totally flat. Very dry, but not bone dry. Medium-bodied, it displays a fantastic crisp sourness as you sip it. Quite bitter, but never aggressive long-lasting finish.

From bottle at Lambik o Droom as 2013 oude lambik. Pours clear golden, still. Aromas of green apples, orange, light leathery, stable funk. Taste has green apples, vinegar, leather notes, orange, citrus, light grapefruity notes and a horsey finish.

Drucken på 3 Fonteinen lambik-O-droom. Serverades som jonge lambik men var 2 år. Mörk guldfärgad med liten vit krona med stora bubblor. Äpple, mörka övermogna druvor, kärnbeska, snäll funk. Entry också för Lambic Assemblage (antar dock att den är en blend, så oklart varför den ska vara på samma entry som denna). Gulorange utan krona. Halm, honung, citruszest, lätt vörtig sötma. Samma betyg.

Bottle shared at Droom. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fading white froth. Aroma is mouldy funky cider, carpet, mouldy apple, yeasty. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, worthy, bready green apple, light wheat. Farmyard funk white grape. Palatr is soft lowish carbonation,. Nice really interesting.

375 bottle at lambic o droom. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong funk, barnyard, rubber. Thin body, apple skin, funk, light tartness, very good.
