WillsArk contains fruity hops such as Simcoe & Merkur and Maris Otter oats. Using microbial fermentation our beer is acidified using lactic acid which results in subtle fruity tones. Tropical, refreshing and creamy, with hints of juniper, citrus and passion fruit. With no lactose traces or animal ingredients such as isinglass, Willsark can be enjoyed by vegans as well.

Bottle shared. Slight hazy light golden. Soft malt, raw cocoa, light lactic, yeast, overripe lemon. Light sweet and salty, medium sour. Over light bodied. OK.
