Bottle sample at a tasting at Sahar's place. Murky orange, white head. Barnyard, vinous, fruitiness, seat, oak, moderately sour with a light sweetish note.

Bottle shared. Rhubarb, funky, wheat, lemon, light mineral. Medium sour, lighter sweet and bitter. Good!

Odense Summer Gathering 2022 after Jonas Vingegaard victory on Hautacam. Cloudy red orange with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with red berries, funk and a touch of band-aid. Bone dry and really tart berry flavour.

Bottle @ Odense Summer Gathering, 2022. Pours hazy pinkish with a small white head. Barnyard, funk and wood. Quite tart. Hønserøv. Green rhubarb stilk. Dry and funky finish. Redcurrant lingering. Funky fresh.

Blushing peachy colour with lasting fluffy white head. The red currants really come through at first with an obvious tang. Then later, the (obviously sweeter) grape element that balances it out well. Not punchy, just very supple and delicate overall.

Pours unclear, peachy amber. Small white head. Scent is rich, fruity (ripe), medium intense fruits. Very brett forward, wood. Taste is tart, full, complex sours. Bredd, wood, berry-fruityness. Touch of apple. Nice, very nice ! perhaps my favorite by this brewery so far ?

Re-rated after doing this again in a 9-beer lambiek fabriek line up, this ended as the third favorite, remains one of their very best. upping the score from 7.8 to 8.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orangish red, reddish off-white head. Aroma: Very funky, farmyard and horse blanket, tart, hay, fruity grape and redcurrant. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, funky, grape and grapeskin, subtle redcurrant, smooth wheat malt background, some hay, citrus and minerals. Oak wood, tannins, dry mouthfeel. Medium body, average carbonation. Very nicely balanced in between grape and redcurrant. Very good.
