Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a mostly clear, deep light ruby color with a small off-white head. Aroma was big, tart berries. Dusty, funky yeast. Flavor was tart berries, rhubarb tartness. Grape. Funky.

Bottle. Pinkish gold with a flash of white. Funky aroma with grape skin, the laundry, berries. Moderate carbonation. Dry with sharpish berries showing more than the fruit of the grapes. But their skins help with the finish. Not the most complex but elegant.

On tap at Moeder Lambic - Fontainas, pours a hazy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma has musty grape skins, gentle funk, and light acidity. Flavour is modestly funky, with musty grape skins, moderate acidity, and a touch of funk. Nice acidity to this that balances the grape must. Very good.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours murky golden orange with a white head. Lots of grape must and funk on the nose. Flavour has juicy grapes, nice must, a bit grassy, and a punchy acidity. Very solid.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 17 Nov 2024) Hazy pale amber colour with no head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, red-currants, rhubarb, grapes and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with rhubarb, red-currants, grapes, barnyard and a dry and tart finish. More than medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a generous fruit character and a refreshing acidity. Very nice.

Hazy reddish orange colour, minimal white head; aroma and taste of strawberry, raspberry, citric, earthy, slight acetone and yeasty notes; really good one! Many thanks for sharing, Kapusil!
