0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! BB 28.02.2026. Cloudy bright copper with a small and fast fading head. Taste is more herbal sour than malty. Taste is definitive on a more malty side. Some sweetness, and present alcoholic. Soft bitterness, little bit scratchy and sweet elements and caramel in the aftertaste. Low carbonated.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, redd-ish, amber colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Aroma has hints of infection, light funky, bretty flavours, slightly disguised, caramel malty background, fruity overtones with a touch of sweet cherry. Taste is sweet-ish-and-tart-ish, caramel malty and mildly funky, bretty, yeasty, fruity hints of cherry, some caramel, cherry sherbet; slightly dry and tart-ish, fruity, even minimally lacitc finish. Minimally creamy, watery texture, soft and minimally astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Definitely not a Bock in this condition, a felicitous case of infection though - nice.
