Dave from Wylam travelled down from Newcastle and not only came on the daily bread pick up, but also made a beer with us. Dry hopping it with Loral and Citra, this DDH Brut IPA is effortlessly fruity with a dry finish. Featuring Maris Otter and Golden Promise, we were able to reach a low gravity while retaining a balanced mouthfeel and taste throughout.

Lett tåkete lys brun med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter fersken, passionsfrukt og barnål. Middels fylde og bitterhet. Smaker grapefrukt, barnål og noe laktose.

Draft at Billie’s Beer Festival ‘18. Very hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, peach, lychee. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can, 6.5%. Hazy dark yellow with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop and citrus. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, little sweet, citrus, pine, medium dry, little juicy, spicy and a little bitter.

Can sourced from Honest Brew, shared at home - pours just a light hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Citrus fruity notes of lemon and grapefruit, light pine accents, light minerals, medium body, bitter hoppy and drying finish.

Sampled at Billies 2018. Hazy golden color, decent sized white head. Smell and taste malts, nicely hoppy, lightly sweetish hoppy. Hmm ok, decent.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Billie’s Beer Festival 2018. Day 1. Hazy citrus golden. Nose is lovely cheese, onion & heavy garlic. Taste is onion, garlic, stone fruit & faint vanilla, lovely, touch tropical.

rSampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2018, Day 1. A hazy pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of moderate fruity hops, yellow fruits. Taste of yeasty yellow fruits, yeast, tropical fruits, Pineapple.
