Dave from Wylam travelled down from Newcastle and not only came on the daily bread pick up, but also made a beer with us. Dry hopping it with Loral and Citra, this DDH Brut IPA is effortlessly fruity with a dry finish. Featuring Maris Otter and Golden Promise, we were able to reach a low gravity while retaining a balanced mouthfeel and taste throughout.

Pours à bit unclear blonde, soapy white head. Médium size, medium low stability. Smell is tad fruity, malty, tropical, but not creamy. Taste is sharp, bitter, fruity, dry ( as is the style. Obviously). Sharp, nice, but this is not gonna be my style.

Can split at L6, thanks to Dave, 31/10/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange peel, straw, toasted grains, melon, tangerine. Taste comprises bitter orange, grassy bite, mango, light breads, airy malts, hint of pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with moderate hop bitterness. Ok IPA if a little subdued by MR's usual standards.
