Tibor of Dealbreaker told us what a Cold IPA is and that for our col-lab we should aim to make this Wester than West Coast style IPA like the inventors Wayfinder describe the style.
For us this was a fun idea and together with Beerbliotek us three gave this style a go. Rice to get a crisp body and to keep it light Lager yeast fermented a bit warmer. Bittering hops in the boil and Ekuanot T90 and Idaho7 Cryo dry hop.

Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Grapefruit, citrus, hops, yeast.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear golden, small head. Aroma of lychee and grapefruit. Dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Lychee and harsh bitter hops. Resinous, chemical finish with immense bitterness. Edgy.
