Dessert mead made with orange blossom honey and foraged wild aronia, bilberries, blackberries, black currants, raspberries and red currants.

During the summer of 2020 our friend Christian Nielsen spent plenty of time foraging the grounds of his estate for a cornucopia full of berries. He then decided to give us the opportunity to make a mead from most of those berries. That mead is Mr Nielsen's Cornucopia 2020! This is a dessert mead made with orange blossom honey and wild aronia, bilberries, blackberries, black currants, raspberries and red currants. Sweet, tart and fruity this mead is best enjoyed just below room temperature, with some of your favorite cheeses.
