Humuloid is the natural extension of our Lupuloid, a double IPA with plenty of wheat and oats for a rich body, and fermented with Vermont yeast to lend it some fruitiness. Low bitterness in the boil, but then dry hopped with 18 g/l of Citra and Azacca for huge hoppy aromatics balancing out the sweetness of the finishing gravity.

Hazy golden beer, thin white head. Light, sweet citrus smell. Taste is tangy lemon, hop, grass, grapefruit. A bit of spiciness in the finish. Far too easygoing for the strength. Quite rich for this sort of beer, too. Very good.

0,33 boks (thanks, Cimbasso!), hjemme: svært uklar oransjegul med ok skum. Humlearomaen treffer snorketreet med kraft og begeistring, her er det søte tropiske frukter, lime, aprikos, rød grapefrukt og søte appelsiner så det holder til flere helgefrokoster. Svært mild og sjarmerende bitterhet uten at det går helt over i frokostjuice. Bør sertifiseres av Statens ernæringsråd som en av fem om dagen. Primærprofylakse de luxe!

Can 33cl @ Niamey’s 3rd craft beer tasting. Merci Will. Trouble paille, dans une lignée de NE style et Trillium, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet superbement bien houblonné, tonne d’agrumes et de rappe de poudre d’oignons et ail. Palais reste similaire, tonne de houblons sur des notes fruitées agrumes et un léger effet épicé d’ail pressé. C-hops avec un accompagnement d’épaisseur de bouche venant des flocons d’avoine.

Can from Drunk Dry, Kidlington, Oxon , consumed at home Thursday 29th June 2017 Murky, yellow, light burnt brown, yolky appearance and heading towards with similar texture,with mid sized white head. The oats give this a nice smooth mouthfeel, good fruitiness, really moreish, sharing this with Loz’s this didn’t last long, good beer, however shit review. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 4.0

330ml can. Pours murky orange-yellow, like orange juice, small off-white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma: super hoppy, tropical fruits, grapefruit, yeast, malt. Taste: juicy hop fruitiness, tropical, grapefruit, yeast, pine, finish is bitter but lower than expected. Medium bodied, average carbonation. A stunning DIPA, and far too easy drinking!

Lata 33 cl en Cimmeria 29..06..2017. Lote 1466 hasta 24..08..2017. Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca. Sabores intensos maltas y cereales con intensos afrutados tropicales y ligeros herbaceos perfectamente combinados. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso y cierta densidad y fino. Buena combinación de dulces afrutados maltosos y herbaceos con ligero amargo final suave. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda alguna.

Sampled from the Can. Smell is amazing; Rich fruityness, pineapple and tropical, heavy malty base of white bread. some very nice yeastaroma that reminds of vermont yeast. Taste is full, juicy, rich fruity, tropical, some mild pine, mild grassy features even. This has got a whole lot going on ! perhaps I’d prefer more crisp, and a more than the currently presented, moderate bitterness, Very nice IPA, but we’ve been getting some truly amazing ones lately where this just doesn’t match up against.
