Pours a murky brown, with mimimal light brown foam. Powdery stuff on the edge of the glass. Smells faintly of strawberry, something I cannot place too. Tad thin, but easy. Taste is slight strawberry, definitely biscuityness. As it works, it becomes more strawberry cheesecake for sure. Some light astringency, but it strangely works somehow. Great fun. Yum pretzels
