Os presentamos la primera de la serie de Villanos Doctor Octopus pedía a gritos una DOPPELBOCK (7,2% abv.) monovarietal de lúpulo Saphir de Navarra (del amigo Juan Q C Hop) Fermentada a baja temperatura durante semanas con una deliciosa base de maltas pilsner, munich, carared y 3 clases de Caramunich que te transportará directamente a Bavaria.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, some fruity and some spruce tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some spruce and mild alcohol to it. Nice smooth wooden and ripe fruity bitterness in the finish and aftertaste.

[ As La Quince Sinister Hops #1: Doppelbock ].
ABV: 7.2%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, sweet malt, malty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, caramel, bread, light fruity hops - figs - dried fruit, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220523]

--Canned, thanks Taboada! -- Clear deep copper colour, mid sized head. Aroma of spicy bread and figs. Quite dry with medium to full body and firm, soid mouthfeel. Spicy bread, aniseed, figs and notes of higher alcohols. Bitter peppery finish. Really solid and pleasant. A winner!

440ml. can. @home, 18/02/2022 [#4.722 Global - #978 Spain - #24 La Quince Brewery] Pours copper with a white head. Good retention. Aroma: caramel malts, figs and brown bread. Taste: raisins, caramel and toffee leading to a deep malty sweet finish. Next one please!
