Bottled 08/2021. redish hazy color, small white head. smells funky, berry notes, flowery, stone fruits, grassy, earthy, peppery, nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes funky, citric, grassy, flowery, some stone fruits, herbal, hay, only hints of quince and very subtle berry notes. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of stone fruits, berry notes and some funk. very nice one, very nice balance, not super fruit forward but somehow very delicate, lots of funk which I like.
