The origins of this recipe take us back to the late nights of 1980's, where a famous model asked London bartender, Dick Bradel, to create a drink that would wake her up. Rich coffee, smooth vanilla & luxurious dark chocolate, blended together to accent the stouts dark chocolate malt flavours. Café, vanille et chocolat? Dans une bière? Merci Mademoiselle!

440ml can from the Beer Bank, Sri Petaling. Poured a clear dark brown colour, with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is big coffee, roasty malt. The flavour is over-moderate liqourice bitter, with a dry liqourice, coffee, spicy hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Great can and a nice write up, but the beer is something else. Lots of coffee and liqourice, but that totally masked the promised chocolate and vanilla. I think these guys really struggle to brew a good stout or porter.
