33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale yellow, a little opaque, with limited white foam, irregular. Aroma is of apple, the effect of yeast being pretty evident, and moving somewhere close to natural wines. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is mildly acidic. Final is dry. Overall, very enjoyable, easy to drink.
