Bottle.Ruby colour with medium beige head.Aroma of vanilla and dark drid fruit smooth and floral flavour of caramel and chestnuts to good full body and strong finish.

Bottle 330ml @ yngwie - Nyttår 2023. Pours dark brown with small beige bubbles. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, rye, oak, vanilla, alcohol and dried fruits. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long warm, oak, vanilla, dried fruity and rye finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 26/09/24. Deep chestnut brown with a beige cap that soon clears to nyadda. Nose is fruit cake, big rye barrel tones, spice, toffee, caramelised sugars. Taste comprises melted toffee, raisins, molasses, brown sugars, well defined rye, fruit cake mix, dates, light spice. Full bodied, slick and lightly oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid Life!

A light haze on this deep amber brown beer, tiny pale tan head. Smooth and mildly viscous palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth rich malts, a good caramel and toffee cream. The bourbon barrel is the boss here, fine with that, rich and slightly overripe fruits soaked with bourbon. Light barrel vanilla and a nice light toasted coconut vibe. Mild alcohol spice on the light and semi dry finish. Yeah, a barleywine that exists only to support the barrel it was aged in and, that works very well indeed here.

Bottle at home. Pours deep ruby amber, nose is caramel, clementine, marzipan, red berries, vanilla, coconut, taste is similar, bit of pepper and blackberry.

NyttårsKYGG 2023. Pale amber color with no head. Aroma is alcohol, oak, dried frut , caramel, bread. Flavor is alcohol, oak, booze, dried fruit, caramel, bread, malt, caramel. Nice powerful beer.

Bottle. An almost clear dark golden to amber colored beer, still and headless. Alcohol, oak, booze, dried fruits, caramel, toffee-ish notes and some bready maltyness in the aroma. It's full-bodied, warming and smooth on the palate. A bit too boozy, but nice. Caramel, toffee, alcohol and dark dried fruits in the flavor. Some bready hints. Lasting finish. Pleasant indeed, although a bit too boozy. 231231

Sample @TCBW 2023 Dark amber colour, medium-sized off-white head. Rye spices, some sweetness in the aroma. Medium-bodied. Toffee, some rye spiceyness, simple sweet overall.

Draught @ Danske Ølentusiaster Festival, Lokomotivværkstedet, 2023. Pours ruby amber with a small white head. Rye, wood, dark fruit, bourbon. A bit of booze and vanilla. Tough!
