In 1810, the Oktoberfest tradition was born when Munich celebrated the Crown Prince’s wedding with a special beer and 16 day party. Our version of this classic style blends rich malts for a hearty, smooth flavor with notes of caramel creating a brew that’s perfect for the season, or whatever you’re celebrating.

12 oz. bottle, beautiful clear dark rust orange colour, small head that dissapears quite quickly, light malty aroma with faint tracse of hop and vanila. Strong flavour of malt, bread and biscuit, with strong hoppy bitterness, quite dry with a touch of sweetness appearing right at the end. Full bodied and quite satisfying.

Bottle @ LCRBM 08: Poured a orange copper color with a white head. The aroma is sweet malts. Taste is sweet with toffee and malts, finish still has a bitterness to it that makes it balanced Maezen.

Bottle (LCRBM08): Copper coloured with a small off-white head; nutty-malty nose with a tinge of molasses; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, rather light bodied for a beer of 5.4%; nutty-bitter finish. Disappointing...........

Medium yellowish beige head doesn’t last. Deep red body with light carbonation. Syrupy fruity malty aroma with apple and caramel notes, a bit unbalanced. Dry-sweet roasty perfumy licorice taste, slightly artificial, with fruity earthy notes. Dry wild berry and malts aftertaste with hoppy notes. It’s not bad.
