Boston CBC: pours golden with white head. Aroma is farty basement and huge funkiness. Taste is yeasty and weirdly bitter. Very lambic with a crazy complexity. Interesting and very good. 2016 version.

Bottle at Night of the Great thirst 2017 - Lovell -Maine . Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours rather unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is weak. Taste is sharp, intense, sour, dry, tart, funk, oak, some hay notes of the saison (rather hidden )

Bottle 750ml. corked @ Koelschip, Stefansgade No.35 kld., Copenhagen, Denmark 2200. [ As Bokkereyder Noble Ghost 2016 ].Unclear - hazy medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grapes, funky, light barnyard - leather, light apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration, tart fruit, funky, farmyard, leather - horse blanket. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [5/11/17] Bottle at Koelschip in Copenhagen. Cloudy golden. Funky, brett, earth, flowers, citrus, cobwebs, tart, dry, bitterish note, medium-bodied. Great.

From bottle at Koelschip, Copenhagen. Hazy orange color with off white head. Yeasty and hoppy aroma, funky, barnyard, dust, tart fruity, citrusy fruity, stone fruits. Sweet, light bitter and medium to heavy acidic taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Koelschip. Hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, spices, little tart and lemon. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, spicy, tart, barnyard, sour, little sweet and a little dry.

Noble Ghost - Citrus and grapefruit funky notes. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Tart and some grassy notes. Very dry and refreshing.

On tap at CBC. Hazy golden with a thin white head. Bretty dank cellar, mould, mineral notes, barnyard funk. Dry, medium body, funky finish.
