On tap at the brewery. Fairly clear orange appearance with a white head. Lightly tart, funky, vanilla, oaky flavor. Fairly fruity. Nice.

On draught at the tap room during the "Icarus and Ebullition Bottle Release" on 09/03/2016. Clear pale orange color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, funky yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of brett yeast, fruit and rye malt. The finish is dry and fruity with a mildly funky yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
