Cloudy orange- copper color, creamy head. Spicy aroma, rubber and plastic. Medium body, spicy malt flavor; the strong spice caracter is limited by some light sweetness; the alcohol is too warming for a 7%. Average.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of spices - cloves and coriander as well as phenol and a bit of yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of phenol, yeast, caramel, yeast, lemon, and spices, leading to a dry phenolic finish.

bottle? Forgot to say in my notes - Pours blonde with a moderate sized white head. The mild aroma has some bready malt and citrus. It tastes of weet pale malt up front that gives way to a good balance of citrus accented hops with some spice and a bitter, dry finish. Pretty good.

11.2oz grenade bottle. Thick orange-brown color. Thin, lasting head. Pretty much one that can only be classified as a "Belgian Ale". Peculiarly spiced, but still balances with the sweet candi sugar and yeast. Never overwhelming alcohol-wise, with a great creamy effervescence. Highly complex..sweet, sour, spiced, yeasty, hoppy... an interesting concoction. Iβll be back.

bottle, pours amber with a medium off white fizzy head. Sweet honey and raisin aroma with some spice notes. Flavors are sweet honey, a bitterness I canβt put my finger on, turns a metalic sour in the finish with a strong alcohol burn and a twinge in the finish that is very odd. Way too much carbonation, this is too fizzy. Itβs not terrible, but I feel that the carbonation kills some flavors going on in the finish.

[33cl bottle] Cloudy, murky brown colour with a light-beige foamy head. Sweet and yeasty nose with a tinge of fruity acidity of red berries and citrus, also hints of peppery spice. Sweet and minima acidic flavour, full bodied with a soft carbonation. Yeasty, slightly sourish wheaty and fruity taste with a berry-fruity finish, accompanied by spicy elements and shades of caramel. Although fat it is still somewhat refreshing [22.XII.08].
