Symphony of delight, complex in design, powerful in presence. Brewed with Belgian candy sugar, Fuggle hops, the finest malted barley, and pure Trappist yeast. Aged carefully, this ale will cellar for up to three years and grow in perfection over time.

2013 bottle from my rotbox. Pours a clear, golden orange appearance with an off white head. Aroma has banana, apple, pear, white pepper, spices, and some white sugar. Moderate high sweetness. Moderate low bitterness. A little booze on the back end. Surprisingly not all that much oxidation. A little bit of caramel, lots of white fruit, and some spices. This actually isnโt all that bad closet aged for three years.

750 c&c from Wine and Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours hazy gold with a 3 finger foamy creamy white head. Aroma is rather fruity with some yeast. Med body or better. Flavor is quite Belgian with yeast, fruit, and arguably banana ester. Itโs pretty tasty - tho not strongly spice or anything. Good solid ale.

Bomber. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a medium white head. A sweet Belgian nose with light tropical hops. The flavor is pretty smooth, aged a bit so some mellow notes, light sweet hops, more big candy malts. Good.
